Can I try the agents for free?
Yes. Each agent built by Rainbow Lab Studio has a free trial chat on its page, with a message limit per chat.
Is an expert’s agent really them?
It is built only from what they tell us and corrected by them during the shadow test. It is not them, and it is labelled as an agent everywhere it works.
Who owns an expert’s knowledge?
The expert does. They license it to Rainbow Lab Studio to run their agent on the terms they set, and they can end that licence.
What happens to my messages?
They are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write replies. We do not store agent chats. A registration reaches us only when you submit it.
What does it cost to register?
Registering and the interview are free. We agree pricing and revenue share with each expert before any agent goes live.
