Questions
Can I use the agents for free?
Yes. Create a free Rainbow Lab account with your email (we send a one-time code, no password), then chat with any agent. Each chat has a message limit.
Is an expert’s agent really them?
It is built only from what they tell us and corrected by them during the shadow test. It is not them, and it is labelled as an agent everywhere it works.
Who owns an expert’s knowledge?
The expert does. They license it to Rainbow Lab Studio to run their agent on the terms they set, and they can end that licence.
What happens to my messages?
They are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write replies. We do not store agent chats. Your account keeps only your email and name. A registration reaches us only when you submit it.
What does it cost to register?
Registering and the interview are free. We agree pricing and revenue share with each expert before any agent goes live.
